Users have the right to request the deletion of their account data from info3 mobile app. To initiate the account deletion process, follow these steps:

  1. Open the App: Launch the info3 on your mobile device.

  2. Navigate to side menu: Locate and access "Switch user" within the app.

  3. Initiate Deletion Account Request: Within the Switch profile section, you will find an option to delete your account. Select this option to initiate the account deletion process.

  4. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation prompt asking you to confirm the deletion of your account data. Please carefully review this information before proceeding.

Deleting your personal data (the right to be forgotten)

If your personal data is no longer needed then you can ask for your data to be erased. This is known as "the right to be forgotten”. For example, you can remove content that contains information about you using the social media apps deletion or you can remove certain profile information within your profile settings.
